Dr. Brendan Lee, DACM, L.Ac
Meet the founder of Texas Acupuncture Center – a healthcare center that takes a holistic approach to the maintenance of health and the management of disease, Dr. Brendan Lee. He came up with the concept of establishing Texas Acupuncture Center to provide people with gentle, natural, and effective health care that will enable them to experience more energy and enhanced overall well-being. Professionally, his area of expertise lies in using a natural approach to medicine for the treatment of chronic pain, especially lower back pain and shoulder pain.

A lover of knowledge, Dr. Lee strives to grow professionally through continuous study and participation. He holds a Master of Science degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Texas Health and Science University. Upon the completion of his master’s degree, he flew to South Korea, where he received intensive training under the tutelage of the widely-acclaimed traditional medicine professional, Master JB Park, the founder of Body-Wave Treatment Principle. Moreover, Dr. Lee is one of the few practitioners in the U.S. who has earned a certification from Master Park. Soon after he returned to the country, he enrolled in the Pacific College of Health and Science, where he obtained his doctoral degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine.

As someone who is always thrilled to learn better treatment principles, Dr. Lee optimizes the use of all available resources that will aid him in demonstrating exceptional mastery of professional skills. He has obtained various certifications like Diplomate of Oriental Medicine by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM), Clean Needle Technique by the Council of Colleges in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (CCAOM). Also, Brendan is a certified JB Body-Wave Treatment Principle specialist in South Korea. Besides, he is an active member of the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Texas Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, and the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
